Company overview
New to Mobile Cranes?
The company was started as a family-owned business in 1976. Since our track record can showcase more than 34 years of successfull lifts, we consider ourselves veterans in the industry in South Africa. Our head office in Midrand is complemented with 10 branch offices across SA.
 
On the 1st october 2008, we welcomed Investec Principal Investments as a majority shareholder into the company. As a "Proudly South Africa Company", our mission is to be of service to any company or industry that may require the services of a Crane Hire Supplier.
 
Anglo-V3 Crane Hire (Pty) Ltd specialises in mobile crane hire, specialised transport, rigging and associated services such as CAD-rigging studies.

Despite the loss of our 80T AT Crane due to arson at Kusile (Eskom site)
on Friday, the 6th May 2011, we wish to ensure our customers that
recent purchases of cranes and the current strength of our fleet keeps us
in a strong position to maintain our service offerings to you.

The certification is valid from the 9 May 2011 - 8 May 2012

All-terrain crane (AT)
Mobile crane with the necessary drive train chassis to travel at speed on public roads & on rough terrain at the job site with multi driven axles and all-wheel and crab steering capabilities. AT‘s combine the roadability of Truck-mounted Cranes and the manoeuvrability of RT Cranes
 
Rough terrain crane (RT)
A crane mounted on an undercarriage with four large rubber tires that is designed for pick-and-carry operations and for off-road and "rough terrain" applications via 4 x 4 drive train
 
Truck crane
A crane mounted on a truck carrier to provide mobility. In general, these cranes can travel on highways and are not suited for sites with restricted access
